BaumInvest AG successfully continued on its growth trajectory. Revenue rose by 43.7 percent compared to the previous year, reaching approximately 4.62 million euros. Net income increased to approximately 587,000 euros. This marks the fourth consecutive year that BaumInvest AG has posted a positive net income.<\/p>\n

The project portfolio was also further expanded. At year-end, it totaled 12,470 hectares, of which 8,716 hectares were in Colombia and 3,754 hectares in Costa Rica. In Colombia alone, approximately 4.3 million seedlings were planted across 3,965 hectares in 2025.<\/p>\n

In Costa Rica, the focus was on maintenance measures and infrastructure, the third comprehensive forest inventory, and performance certification of Gold Standard areas.
As part of the inventory, a total of 13,725 trees were measured across 668 sample plots. The results confirmed the positive growth of the stands: The timber volume of the tree species Cebo, Almendro, and Guapinol increased\u2014depending on the species\u2014by 10.9 to 29.0 percent compared to the previous year.
In addition, a total of 66,829 Verified Emission Reductions (VERs) were confirmed for a five-year monitoring period. This represents approximately 35 percent more than originally planned.
The Carbon offset projects in Costa Rica also continued to progress as planned. The focus was on implementing the forest management plan, selective replanting, and extensive maintenance measures. Promising results were documented for the first time in the pilot project on assisted natural regeneration in Chamorro.<\/p>\n

99.85 percent of the represented share capital approved the proposal for the appropriation of net income. The Executive Board was granted discharge with 99.85 percent, and the Supervisory Board with 99.84 percent.
The results for the 2025 fiscal year demonstrate that BaumInvest AG successfully combines economic stability, sustainable growth, and a measurable environmental impact. Building on this foundation, the company will continue to systematically develop its existing projects and further advance the expansion of high-quality reforestation and carbon removal projects.<\/p>\n
