Hauptversammlung 2024:
\nErfolgreiches Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023<\/h2>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.24.0″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#FFFFFF” header_3_text_color=”#7FBA00″ header_6_text_color=”#7FBA00″ global_colors_info=”{}”]Mit Freude blicken wir auf ein weiteres erfolgreiches Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr zur\u00fcck. Das Jahr 2023 brachte f\u00fcr die BaumInvest AG erneut ein positives Ergebnis. Am 18. Juli 2024 fand unsere Hauptversammlung, wie bereits im Vorjahr, im bew\u00e4hrten digitalen Format statt. <\/p>\n

245 unserer insgesamt 2085 \u00fcber ganz Deutschland verteilten Aktion\u00e4rinnen und Aktion\u00e4re waren angemeldet \u2013 das Livestream-Format wird gut angenommen und dank des technischen Testlaufs vorab konnten die Abl\u00e4ufe optimiert werden.<\/p>\n

Bericht des Vorstands \u00fcber das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023<\/h6>\n

Vorst\u00e4ndin Antje Virkus konnte mit Freude verk\u00fcnden, dass unser Jahresergebnis zum zweiten Mal in Folge positiv ausfiel. Der Umsatz wurde im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren deutlich gesteigert und nahezu verdoppelt. Die im Jahr 2023 durchgef\u00fchrten forstwirtschaftlichen Ma\u00dfnahmen im Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld der nachhaltigen Forstwirtschaft \u2013 unter anderem Ausd\u00fcnnungsma\u00dfnahmen – zur Wertholzproduktion zeigten Wirkung und haben zu Zuwachs bei den Wertholzarten gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Die neu aufgeforsteten Fl\u00e4chen im Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld CO2<\/sub>-Kompensation in Costa Rica entwickeln sich pr\u00e4chtig \u2013 nach etwa 18 Monaten sind bereits deutliche Waldstrukturen erkennbar. In Kolumbien konnten wir ebenso unsere Wirkung unter Beweis stellen: Die Fl\u00e4chen sind erfolgreich bepflanzt und zertifiziert worden. Nicht nur in Costa Rica und Kolumbien tut sich Vieles – unser Wirken hallt bis nach Deutschland: Wir wurden nominiert und als einer von drei Finalisten in der Kategorie Land- und Forstwirtschaft beim 16. Deutschen Nachhaltigkeitspreis ausgezeichnet. Der Deutsche Nachhaltigkeitspreis ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Auszeichnung Europas f\u00fcr \u00f6kologisches und soziales Engagement.<\/p>\n

Dem Bericht des Vorstandes folgten die Abstimmungen zu den Tagesordnungspunkten. Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Entlastung des Vorstandes und des Aufsichtsrats wurde in diesem Jahr \u00fcber die Neuwahl dreier Aufsichtsratsmitglieder abgestimmt, deren Amtszeit im Jahr 2024 endete.<\/p>\n

Wahlergebnisse<\/h6>\n

Mit \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigender Mehrheit wurde der Vorstand mit 94,7 % und der Aufsichtsrat mit 99,5 % entlastet. Die Wiederwahl der drei Mitglieder des Aufsichtsrates wurde mit beachtlichen 98,6 % Zustimmung best\u00e4tigt.

So war ein besonderer Moment der diesj\u00e4hrigen Hauptversammlung die Verabschiedung und Danksagung an die beiden in diesem Jahr ausscheidenden Aufsichtsratsmitglieder. Mit Gabriele R\u00fcck und Joachim Koschel verlassen zwei \u201eUrgesteine\u201c den Aufsichtsrat. Beide haben \u2013 zusammen mit den BaumInvest-Gr\u00fcndern und ersten Investoren – die Basis gelegt, von denen auch heute noch Aufsichtsrat sowie Team profitieren und auf der auch weiterhin aufgebaut wird.<\/p>\n
