BaumInvest AG considers itself a long-term capital investment for its shareholders who want to complement and diversify their portfolios with a tangible asset investment in land, forestry, and the future market of carbon compensation. Returns can be achieved through the appreciation of the share or BaumInvest AG itself. There is no fixed term for a BaumInvest investment, and shares can be purchased and sold flexibly on the secondary market.<\/p>\n

In addition to capital appreciation, shareholders are also expected to benefit from the success of BaumInvest AG through dividend distributions in the medium term.<\/p>\n
